Multi-company application for the management of all the processes necessary for water supply companies.
It allows for the comprehensive management of water supply contracts (meters, quotes, installation, invoice, contract), subscriber management, automatic and/or manual collection of readings, water bill management with the banks and the management of bill payment rejections, royalty reports, control of wells. It has a separate module for publishing invoices and other documents in the cloud (Docucloud). This functionality allows for the optimisation of billing resources by creating a portal where customers have their invoices and other documents at their disposal—making it unnecessary to print them out—, as well as their subsequent sending by regular post, leading to a significant reduction in relevant costs.
